WAEC Enrolment Support Project 2026 for Indigent Students by Anamero
The WAEC Enrolment Support Project 2026 is a flagship educational intervention by the Anamero Foundation, aimed at increasing access to secondary school completion for indigent students across the 18 local government areas of Edo State.
Through this project, the Foundation fully sponsors WAEC examination fees for selected students who demonstrate academic potential but lack the financial means to register for the examination. The project targets vulnerable households and underserved communities, ensuring equitable access to educational opportunities statewide.
Beyond examination sponsorship, the project promotes academic confidence, reduces dropout rates, and strengthens the overall education ecosystem at the grassroots level. Selection of beneficiaries is carried out in partnership with schools, community representatives, and local education authorities to ensure fairness and impact.
The WAEC Enrolment Support Project reflects the Anamero Foundation’s long-term vision of empowering youths through education and building a more knowledgeable, self-reliant generation.
The training, which focuses particularly on heavy-duty vehicles and agricultural tractors, is aimed at strengthening the technical capacity of participants and creating new opportunities for employment, entrepreneurship, and economic self-reliance.
