It is with a heavy heart that I join millions of Nigerians and people across the world to mourn the passing of His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari, former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

President Buhari was a man of discipline, principle, and enduring patriotism. Throughout his life, both in military and civilian leadership, he remained committed to the ideals of national unity, integrity, and service. He leaves behind a legacy defined by his efforts to secure the nation, fight corruption, and steer Nigeria through some of its most challenging periods.

As the representative of the great people of Etsako Federal Constituency, I extend my deepest condolences to his beloved family, the people of Katsina State, and indeed all Nigerians. His contributions to our national development will be remembered for generations.

At this solemn time, may we reflect on the values he upheld—honesty, sacrifice, and love for country—and let them guide us in our continued journey toward a more united and prosperous Nigeria.

May the soul of President Muhammadu Buhari rest in perfect peace.
