He successfully sponsored a bill to amend the Federal College of Education Act, NO.43, 2003 establishing a new Federal College of Education (Technical) in Ogute Okpella, Edo State.

By the Grace of God, this crucial bill has passed the Public Hearing process at the Committee of Federal Colleges of Education.
