Etsako Losses Industrious leaders

On Tuesday, July 4th, a somber moment gripped the nation as we mourned the loss of some of our most eminent and respected leaders from the cherished Etsako Federal Constituency. With heavy hearts, I felt it was my duty to inform the Honorable Speaker of the House of Representatives about the painful exit of these remarkable individuals who have left an indelible mark on our community.

In a letter addressed to the Honorable Speaker, I conveyed the deep sense of loss and sorrow that enveloped our constituency due to the passing of the following distinguished personalities:

  1. Chief Raymond Aleogho Dokpesi: A visionary and influential figure, Chief Dokpesi’s contribution to the development of Etsako Federal Constituency cannot be overstated. His pioneering spirit and dedication to progress have left an enduring legacy.

  2. Alhaji Sadiku Momoh: A man of integrity and wisdom, Alhaji Sadiku Momoh’s influence extended beyond politics. His commitment to serving the people and championing their causes has touched the lives of countless individuals.

  3. Chief Charles Oba: A respected leader and a beacon of hope, Chief Charles Oba’s unwavering dedication to the betterment of our community has earned him the admiration of many.

  4. Sir John Oshiomah: A true advocate for progress and empowerment, Sir John Oshiomah’s tireless efforts in uplifting the less privileged will forever be remembered.

As these eminent leaders depart from our midst, it is our solemn duty to honor their memory and recognize the invaluable services they rendered to our constituency and the nation at large. In the letter read on the floor of the House of Representatives by Mr. Speaker, I earnestly implored my esteemed colleagues to join me in acknowledging the meritorious contributions of these departed icons.

Their legacies will forever be etched in the annals of history, and their absence will be deeply felt. May we honor their memory by continuing their good works, upholding the values they held dear, and dedicating ourselves to the service of our beloved Etsako Federal Constituency and the nation.

As we navigate this period of mourning, may the memories of Chief Raymond Aleogho Dokpesi, Alhaji Sadiku Momoh, Chief Charles Oba, and Sir John Oshiomah serve as a guiding light, leading us towards a brighter and more united future for our community.

Let us stand together in solidarity and in prayer, as we bid farewell to these exceptional leaders, knowing that their contributions will forever resonate in the hearts of the people they touched and inspired.

May their souls find eternal peace.
